The Living Center strives to deliver high-quality, holistic, evidence-based care to maximize each residents level of independence through the promotion of rehabilitation services, skilled nursing services, and comfort care. We are looking for a compassionate Administrator to join our Long Term Care team. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.
Shift:
- Full-Time - 7a-7p (Days)
- 72 hours every two weeks
Principle Accountabilities and Essential Duties of the Job:
- Supervises the daily operations and activities of nursing, dietary, business office, maintenance, and laundry as related to the needs of The Living Center.
- Monitors departmental compliance and quality management in all the above areas of TLC.
- Participates in the councils and oversees to develop, maintain and implement operational policies and procedures to meet residents' needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
- Oversees to develop a marketing plan to maintain adequate resident census.
- Oversees to develop a monitoring system to assure compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
- Oversees to help establish systems to enforce the facility policies and procedures.
- Oversees to help establish written personnel policies and individual job descriptions.
- Collaborates with HRD and the DON in the recruitment, employment, performance, evaluation, promotion and discharge of all staff.
- Develops good relationships with residents and families.
- Helps establish systems to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations.
- Helps establish and work with department heads for facility budget compliance to operate in a financially sound manner.
- Actively leads through role modeling, mentoring, directing, and coaching individuals to assume responsibility and accountability for assigned work.
Candidate needs to have the following:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Long Term Care Experience preferred
- Management Experience preferred
