Administrator (Long Term Care) (LNHA)

Laverna Manor Health & Rehabilitation is under new Management. Beacon Healthcare Group is seeking a Licensed Long Term Care Administrator for our Savannah, MO location.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep the organization on track for its long term goals and mission

2. Establish a safe working environment for team members based on company policies and state and federal workplace laws

3. Coordinate and provide leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team, and ensure that they work together effectively

4. Assist leadership to determine the hire (and fire) of employees at every level

5. Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

6. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents’ individual care plans are being followed

7. Provide regular safety and compliance training

8. Create and maintain a budget

9. Oversee billing and set fees

10. Act as the ‘face’ of the organization to the governing board, the public, and residents’ families; and as a liaison between staff, residents, and families

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 per year

Experience:

• LTC Administrator: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Required)
• Master of Healthcare Administration License (Preferred)
