We are looking for a self-driven Director of Finance who is deadline oriented and has attention to detail to join our Finance Department. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.
Shift:
- Full-time: 40 hours per week - Exempt (Salary)
- 8:00am - 4:30pm - Monday through Friday
Principle Accountabilities and Essential Duties of the Job:
- Develop and manage budgets for the organization
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management
- Oversee financial planning and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
- Manage financial staff and provide leadership and guidance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Director of Finance would oversee the following Departments:
- Financial Service
- Accounts Payable
- Payroll
- Patient Accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, healthcare finance experience preferred
- Experience in a leadership role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial regulations and laws
