Your "Take Off" will be successful by doing the following with excellence :
- Must be able to report in-person to the office daily.
- Completing phishing campaigns with the Cyber Security team
- Investigate and analyze potential security threats, such as phishing emails
- Assists the Cyber Security and Service Delivery teams with maintaining security measures
- Collaborate with the Security Operations Center, recording changes in the Jira Service Management ticketing system. Follow-up with Cyber Security and users on any changes made to a user's account
- Track any required VMP changes in Jira Service Management. Work with the Service Delivery team to complete the required changes
- Manage and maintain the password vault software. Follow up with users to increase their security awareness and score
- Complete SSO setup for all applications used by CRAA
- Complete all security certificate installations
- Helps to analyze and triage security alerts and incidents
- Conducts remote or in-person set-ups, desktop administration, and / or troubleshooting of incidents and coordinates incident resolutions between business partners, tenants, and external vendors.
- Troubleshoots and resolve M365 issues
- Completes patch management using SCCM
- Performs related work as required.
- Salary range for this position is $58,000.00 - $62,500.00. The offered salary is evaluated using internal equity, job knowledge, skills, experience, and other key factors.
