About Us:
We are a dedicated outpatient manual physical therapy clinic located in beautiful Jacksonville Beach. Our team of six providers, led by Aaron Robles PT MPT CFMT—North Florida’s only Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT)—is committed to offering top-tier care and innovative solutions. Aaron was recently recognized as the 2024 Small Business Leader of the Year by the Jacksonville Chamber Beaches Division, and we pride ourselves on creating a positive, dynamic environment for both our patients and staff.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a full-time Patient Services Coordinator who is ready to grow with us. If you have a friendly, energetic personality and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while providing exceptional service, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Patient Interaction: Be the first point of contact for patients, offering a compassionate and friendly voice during phone calls and in-person interactions.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for multiple providers, ensuring smooth scheduling for patients.
- Check-in/Check-out: Handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring an efficient flow and collecting co-pays.
- Insurance Verification: Verify insurance information and ensure the smooth processing of claims.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the clinic, helping with patient records, communications, and other tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate Communicator: You’ll be working with clients who may have been dealing with chronic pain or mobility challenges. Your empathy and excellent communication skills are key.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: We need someone who can keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Energetic and Friendly: A positive attitude and enthusiasm are essential to fostering an inviting atmosphere for both patients and staff.
- Adaptability: Things move quickly here, and we need someone who is flexible and eager to learn.
- Experience: A background in customer service, healthcare management, exercise science, or wellness is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
