Summary:
This MES Consultant will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) specialized in Reciprocating Compressors and their drivers, as well as other rotating equipment. This role involves leading discussions with key decision-makers, providing reliability solutions aligned with both immediate and long-term goals, and facilitating a personal connection with site personnel, including technicians and mechanics. The Consultant will collaborate closely with JHC/CWX technical and sales teams to discuss client recommendations, uncover new opportunities for product and service improvements, and develop strategic sales approaches.
This role is centered around the use of the Windrock hardware and software systems that capture crank-angle phased relative pressure-volume compression, as well as phased timing of valve action. To be successful in this role, one must possess a deep understanding of reciprocating compressors and accurately assess and quantify the health of equipment. As JHC/CWX is the exclusive local representative of Windrock's hardware and software, this position is expected to develop and maintain expertise in all aspects of this technology, ensuring the delivery of top-tier reliability solutions to our clients.
