Motorcoach Charter Operations
Through expansion of operations, John Hall’s Alaska offers charter hire transportation partnership through a variety of locations including the midwest. Join the growing team in the midwest supporting all charter and motorcoach operations.
The Motorcoach Charter Operations and Management role is responsible for scheduling, hiring and dispatch of motorcoach operations. This role will also manage communication in with with drivers, motorcoach and maintenance.
Motorcoach Operations will also work closely with the tour operations and Alaska ground operations team to management reporting documents for arrivals, departures and tour preparation for Alaska operations.
Position includes :
Up to full time employment

Requirements for success in the position include :
- Current, valid drivers license
- Computer skills including Microsoft word programs including Excel, Microsoft Work, Microsoft Outlook
- Technology usage including motorcoach and guest software
- High school graduate or GED
- Organization
- Team leadership and communication
- Experience managing a variety of individuals
- Self starter and manager
Ability to travel is not required however would be requested based on availability.
