John Hall's Alaska includes one of the newest and most recognizable fleets across Alaska and the Midwest. Join John Hall's Alaska motorcoach driving team out of the midwest focusing on charter operations, college, youth and local day trips. Occasional overnight programs and opportunities also are available.
As part of the John Halls' Alaska team, motorcoach operators have some of the the highest standard of CDL Motorcoach Operators. Individuals are responsible for the safety, wellness and quality of transportation provided. Motorcoach operators are also responsible for maintaining the John Hall's Alaska fleet to the highest brand expectations including cleanliness and guest or clients comfort.
- Operate motorcoach in safe and productive manner
- Understand motorcoach operations and maintenance / safety requirements
- Current, valid, and clean record with a CDL - must be a class B and have a passenger and air brake endorsement
- Must at least be class B and have a passenger and air brake endorsement
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience driving a motorcoach
- Work alongside charter companies, schools and other group leaders to ensure experience and expectations are met
- Any necessary administrative tasks to support tour operations or driving requirements
- Opportunities include full time, part time, seasonal and flexible scheduling.
Compensation based on days work. Includes incentive opportunities for per diem on overnight trips and safety bonus.
