Day in the Life of an Excavation Helper
- Assist in the setup of plumbing excavation machinery for operation
- Assist the Plumbing Excavation Lead to complete plumbing excavation projects
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform maintenance Operate/monitor multiple pieces of plumbing equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
- Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work areas
- Any other duties needed to help drive our vision and fulfill our mission, while abiding by the JH core values
What We Need
- Work at a fast pace and complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Work independently and collaboratively with a team, suppliers, vendors, and customers
- Push, lift, and pull up to 175 pounds, climb stairs, bend, squat, stand for extended periods of time
- Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record; maintain a good driving record in compliance with John Henry’s requirements
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal and driving background checks
