About the Role: As a Comfort Consultant, you will listen to the needs of customers, working with them to determine the best new equipment to meet their needs. Your strong sales skills, technical knowledge, and customer-centric approach will be instrumental in driving sales, building relationships, and contributing to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
- HVAC sales and estimating
- Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience
- Generate new sales/customers and maintain existing customer relationships
- Light design and concept development for estimating/budgeting
- Obtain quotes from various vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Assist with material take-offs and placing purchase orders
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
- Have or be willing to get the proper certifications, we will help you with this
- Other duties needed to help drive our vision and fulfill our mission, while abiding by the JH core values
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in construction management, project management or other related technical experience and education in a related field preferred
- Work at a fast pace and complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Work independently and collaboratively with a team, suppliers, vendors, and customers
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Thorough understanding of purchasing procedures and policies
- Push, lift, and pull up to 20 pounds, climb stairs, bend, squat, stand for extended periods of time
- Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record; maintain a good driving record in compliance with John Henry’s requirements
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal and driving background checks
- Comfortable with a 100% commission pay structure
