Construction Project Manager/Site Supervisor
Residential custom home contractor seeking experienced individuals to manage/supervise renovation and new construction projects in the Hamptons. Must have high-end residential construction experience and be ambitious, reliable, self-directed, professional, and well-organized.
Must have the ability to learn quickly, retain training, problem solve, think independently, and pay attention to detail with a “meet and exceed” attitude.
Possesses collegial management style and willingness to contribute to office support.
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel. Construction-related software experience preferred such as Sage 300 and MS Project.
Capable of:
· Providing the highest caliber of communications and service to clients while collaboratively working with Architects, Engineers, and Sub-Contractors.
· Processing change orders, RFIs and submittals while ensuring regulations and permitting are met.
· Contributing so projects are completed within budget and scope.
· Reading Construction Document / Plan expertise
· Subcontractor compliance and contract administration experience

Daily Responsibilities
· Oversee day to day operations of the construction site
· Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
· Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors
· Educating site workers on construction regulations and accident protocol
· Enforcing site rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
· Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance
· Evaluating the performance of construction employees and providing feedback
· Analyzing plans and construction documentation to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications
· Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency
· Provide communications and service to clients while collaboratively working with Architects, Engineers, and Sub-Contractors
· Oversee projects to completion, keeping in mind schedule and budget tracking
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
