What are the responsibilities and job description for the BDC Agent/Call Center position at John Lee Nissan?
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented BDC Agent to join the John Lee Nissan sales call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with leads who inquire about vehicles, reaching out to past customers, and contacting current service customers to explore trade-in opportunities. Additional duties include qualifying leads, setting appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform cold calling with confidence and professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Contact current service customers to explore potential trade-in opportunities.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
Experience:
- Telemarketing: 1 year (Required) or equivalent experience.
