Customer Service and Administrative Assistant.
We are in an unprecedented time after hurricane Helene, and our business has grown exponentially! We are in need of IMMEDIATE help to meet the growing demand that the storm has caused.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have flexibility in your job duties as necessary.
Required:
- Honesty & integrity are imperative to a long-term working relationship
- Previous experience in a fast paced customer oriented office
- Don’t have to be an expert, but at least a working knowledge of Microsoft office suite - including Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Be comfortable learning new software
- Be comfortable talking on the phone and communicating with strangers
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Speak English
Not necessary skills, but a HUGE plus and will factor into your starting pay:
- Be very familiar with the Asheville area or be able to learn it quickly
- Experience in the roofing/construction industry
- Speak Spanish
This is a full-time job, primarily Mon-Fri day time hours (start/stop is somewhat flexible). There is a possibility for over-time when the demand is there. There is also a potential eventually for remote/hybrid work. This is not a promise, but there is potential!
Pay is variable depending on the skills & experience you bring to the table.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
