We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Carpentry Foreman to oversee and manage the fabrication and installation of projects, while also leading a team of skilled workers.
As part of the Fabrication team at John Mini, you will be responsible for:
- Lead carpentry projects from start to finish, including the fabrication and installation of custom wood pieces, cabinetry, and millwork.
- Lead and train a fabrication team, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Manage project budgets, track labor hours/materials, and submit invoices.
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Improve processes and support sales leads.

Qualification/ Requirements:
- 3 years of carpentry experience.
- Cabinetry/millwork fabrication is a plus.
- Welding experience (Arc, MIG, TIG) is a plus.
- Ability to read/comprehend architectural, millwork, and engineering drawings is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communicational and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 75lbs.
