Sustainability has always been a priority, and we are committed to making our company operations climate neutral to preserve the beauty of the world around us.About the RoleAs a Brand Marketing Director – Tea Tree & Mitch, reporting into the VP of Brand Marketing you will be an integral part of the Marketing team. You will craft the growth trajectory for the Tea Tree and Mitch Brands and the overall Brand Marketing Strategy. You will lead and drive brand development in collaboration with our Research & Development (R&D), Creative, Education and Sales departments. You will develop, create and execute all marketing plans and activities to drive brand awareness and deliver sales growth. You will work closely with internal cross functional teams to drive and implement brand key Initiatives, product introductions, promotional campaigns and digital & social activations.
