About the Role

As a Sales Instructional Designer, reporting into the Senior Manager of Sales eLearning & Development, you will be an integral part of the Sales team that focuses on Sales Learning & Development for JPMS. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining fundamental eLearning content for the sales organization.

What You will Do :

Create microlearning modules
Revise marketing updates to existing eLearning courses
Execute updates for soft-skill courses
Implement international course translation updates
Create gamified interactions
Create and design eblast banners, thumbnails, infographics, and more
Coordinate resources and support delivery of instructional content
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather content, validate learning, objectives, and ensure training programs are relevant and impactful
Responsible for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals

Requirements : What You'll Need :

Skills :

Knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Review 360, and / or Adobe Captivate

Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment

Experience with design platforms such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)

Familiarity with project management systems, such as Workfront

Possess critical-thinking skills

Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML are preferred

Education :

High school diploma or GED required

Certification of Instructional Design preferred

Experience :

2 years' experience in an Instructional Designer role

Experience in the beauty industry preferred

Competitive Compensation :

The expected base salary range for this position for California based candidates is $70,000 to $80,000 . The exact base salary is determined by various factors including geographic location, experience, skills, and education. Compensation for all non-California based candidates will be subject to local markets in addition to depending on experience.

Discretionary Bonus Plan : This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
