The Travel Concierge will foster meaningful relationships with clients by expertly managing those eager to experience our Concierge services. Through dedicated outreach and in-person communication, you will guide each client through the entire fulfillment process. You will work onsite in a collaborative environment with our client. 

 

This is a part-time, in-office position, 3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
The hourly pay is $22.00.

 

ABOUT THE TRAVEL CONCIERGE ROLE 

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Travel Concierge to be part of our growing team. In this role, you will work on research requests that range from moving companies, data recovery for personal devices, and mobile petting zoos for a kid's party, to comparing winter coats, and everything in between. Our Corporate Concierge will also provide travel research and assistance to our clients.

 

Your exceptional customer service skills will empower you to illuminate the possibilities, clarify their program benefits, and address inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Achieve the goals/metrics set by the Account Director. 
  • Attends and actively participates in meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge of internal processes, products, destinations and benefits.
  • Conduct thorough research on lifestyle requests, including relocation services, event planning, shopping and gifts, and more.
  • Plan, research, and book complex travel, including airfare, private car service, car rentals, hotel accommodations, fine dining, theater plays, sporting events, concerts, cruise packages, vacation packages, and so much more.
  • As an ambassador, provide exceptional service to all clients aligned with the John Paul brand.
  • Promote collaboration with team members and management to sustain a respectful work environment.
  • Adhere to company and client procedures and policies, including Dress Code, Respect in the Workplace, Attendance, and Punctuality.
  • Any other duties that are needed to drive to the vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by the values of this organization


      JOB REQUIREMENTS 

      • Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality, financial services, or the luxury industry.  
      • Previous work experience as a travel coordinator, concierge, or executive assistant preferred
      • Ability to communicate effectively with clients verbally and/or in writing
      • Event and party planning experience preferred
      • Possess an exemplary positive attitude and passion for offering unmatched service beyond expectations.
      • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
      • Excel in building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
      • Ability to seamlessly handle multiple requests via incoming phone calls and email
      • Ability to work effectively in the position
