As a company laser-focused on our awesome customers and serving them well, we are seeking a similar-minded Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist with our HVAC, Plumbing and Appliance Service department. If you have a passion for serving others, making people's day brighter and figuring out new, unique and creative ways to please customers and you enjoy a good, hard day of work, this is for you!
As a CSR you'll answer the phone with a smile, eager to assist customers with Plumbing, Appliance or HVAC service requests. Also, you'll assist your coworkers in being quick, efficient and proficient in handling large volumes of service requests, sometimes help with getting parts, help with incoming UPS/FEDEX and deliveries to get those parts into the hands of our techs (with assistance from our Lead Parts CSR) and a zillion other tasks that help keep our operations running smooth and efficient - all to help benefit our customers. You'll operate as a vital part of our team and assist other CSR's and our Service Manager - with the ultimate goal: Treat other people the way you would want to be treated - and in a way that they would never expect, no matter the situation.
We truly love our customers and we know when they call us it isn't always for the best reasons :) - so we do our best to make their lives better - even in difficult situations. Having this same outlook is essential to this role. Everyone says this but we actually live it each day and demand it of ourselves and everyone in our company.

One minute you might be on the phone taking a service call and the next you might be driving a part to Service Technician or researching and helping to find parts.
To accomplish the above you should have second-to-none phone skills, a friendly and positive demeanor all the time and the traits everyone else talks about: Microsoft office knowledge, reasonable typing skills, reliable, hardworking, intelligent and resourceful.
We're fast paced, hardworking and friendly. We arrive on time and we leave on time except during periods of heavy workload when we all just pull together to get everything done (normally really hot days and those frigid cold days).
