Lead Videographer / Editor
Seeking an experienced videographer with expertise in production, camera operating and editing.
About the Role :
A Los Angeles Real Estate Firm is seeking a highly motivated full-time, in-office Lead Videographer / Editor to join the team. This person will be responsible for shooting and editing commercials, digital advertisements, property videos, agent spotlights, & many more various cinematic pieces. This role requires an immense amount of creativity, discipline, and industry experience.

Requirements :
Strong editing and storytelling skills.
MUST have a reel.
Seasoned editor with extensive proven experience in Final Cut Pro, AVID, Adobe Premiere, or parallel editing software.
Experienced Camera Operator with your own personal equipment. 4K capabilities are preferable. Must have your own lighting & sound equipment.
Past experience on a professional set and / or production preferred.
After Effects experience preferred.
Accustomed to being creative in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to turnover high-quality videos in a reasonable time frame from start to finish.
Responsibilities :
Storyboard, shoot, and edit videos for the parent company (JohnHart Real Estate), side companies, individual agents & affiliates.
Responsible for the upkeep of both personal and company equipment.
Work with other members of the Digital Team to provide impactful, engaging content.
