The Real Estate Associate will represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions. In this role, you can expect to :
- Work closely with a diverse group of developers, financiers, and stakeholders
- Advise clients on all commercial real estate matters
- Conduct due diligence to identify and resolve matters
- Negotiate, draft, and finalize related contracts and documentation
The ideal applicant will have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, membership to the MA bar in good standing, and 5 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law . You will also need :
