johnnie-O is looking for a Retail Operations Associate to join our Retail team! Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, a team player, and has a solid understanding of retail store operations and functions. The Retail Operations Associate plays a critical role in ensuring seamless daily operations and serves as the primary point of contact for problem-solving, technical inquiries, and process optimization. This individual works collaboratively with various cross-functional departments, including store teams, e-commerce, wingmen / customer service, merchandising, accounting, and warehouse logistics . The focus of this role is to uphold operational standards, enhance processes, and improve the overall client experience.
Responsibilities -
Daily Support :
- Manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational tasks and processes.
- Assist store teams with technical and operational challenges, providing timely support and solutions.
- Oversee store supplies and manage ad hoc requests, including equipment needs. Fulfill requests for branded supplies and ensure inventory levels are adequate.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of gift card operations.
- Handle ad hoc accounting tasks and reporting as needed.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the VP, Retail.
