Seeking an Experienced Admissions Representative - Administrator

We are a growing company seeking a qualified individuals that want to make a difference by helping other people succeed and grow their own career; all while working in a fun, energetic, and dynamic industry!!!

We are currently seeking an Admissions Representative - Administrator to assist students with their desire to start, change, or enhance their career in the Cosmetology and Barbering industries.

Division & Department: Administration, Admissions

Location: Salem, Oregon Area

Job Type: Part Time or Full Time (on site)

Career Level: Experienced Preferred - Mid-Level (Non-Manager)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred but Level of Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered

Job Description & Requirement:

A Student Admissions Representative is comfortable making inside and outside sales calls, responding to e-mails or website leads, selling Hair Design and Barbering programs to prospective students. This individual can generate leads through personal selling, engaging in school and community outreach, and conducting engaging campus tours.

Student Admissions Representative is a sales-oriented individual, who is responsible for the admissions process throughout the student’s lifecycle from prospect to graduation.

Student Admissions Representative demonstrates the ability to meet sales goals and will feel comfortable using a variety of technology tools and software. Regardless of the obstacle or opposition, Student Admissions Representative is a neatly skilled and quick to problem solver, prepared to overcome them to achieve results.

The primary role of this position is to assist other school employees, and students in the administrative aspects of vocational training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in our organization, the Administrator must be able to successfully perform duties by working with a diverse student inquiry population and have a high level of account management skills which include compliance, customer service, and follow-up.

OTHER ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Acting as a liaison between the student and appropriate school departments to facilitate a best in class student experience
• Communicating with students during their enrollment to identify potential concerns and facilitate solutions
• Remaining in contact with students throughout their program in order to assist them in becoming successful graduates
• Operating within the highest ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of the position
• Performing all other duties as assigned
