Position Summary:
- The Cafe Retail Supervisor is responsible for supervising hourly associates in the performance of assigned activities- ex: running a register, completing orders, stocking, ensuring all Cafe areas are up to standard- within the Suburban Hospital Food Service Department/Cafeteria.
- In addition, responsible for assisting with inventory control, ensuring products are up to standard, ensuring smooth output of cafe duties, and any/all other duties assigned
SHIFT:
Full-time, Evening Shift (40 hrs per week)
12:00pm - 8:30pm
Weekend work required
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED, or the equivalent knowledge gained through experience
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Food service experience preferred
Salary Range: Minimum $22.41/hour - Maximum $36.98/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
