What You Will Do:
The Coordinator, Nursing Programs collaborates with key nurse leaders and front-line clinicians at Bayview Medical Center to lead, direct, coordinate, and evaluate the design of key initiatives and projects that have a direct effect on professional practice nursing programs to achieve objectives and standards. Develops and/or facilitates the development of designated nursing and/or inter/intra disciplinary programs/projects in areas such as Professional Practice, Education, Research and Quality. Leads and participates on system-wide committees. Provides subject matter expertise to internal and external customers.

Who Should Apply:
- Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing is required. Applicants without the required degree may be considered, per nursing guidelines. (Must be enrolled and matriculated in a MSN program at time of hire.)
- Three to five years of clinical nursing experience with three years’ program or project management experience.
- Must have demonstrated experience with presenting and educating.
- Ability to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary setting in order to facilitate problem solving and establish productive working relationships.
Skills needed to succeed:
- Experience in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and research or passion for inquiry work with willingness to learn
- Ability to incorporate inquiry concepts into education
- Positive and forward-thinking mindset
- Problem-solving skills
- Passion for nursing
Salary Range: Minimum 46.57 per hour - Maximum 72.18 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
