Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Ensure the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times
- Serve as a company culture ambassador; Promote, encourage and engage in company values.
- Oversee and organize the schedule for Developmental Programs in an effort to ensure clients are clinically supported throughout the entirety of the session.
- Address and monitor session changes, cancellations, call outs, and vacations of ABA technician in the Bridge and SB program
- Quickly and effectively organize coverage options to support continuity of care for clients and maintain support for classroom team members.
- Manage administrative and operational task requests from the DPO
- Assign, train, and oversee behavior technician within Developmental Program groups.
- Ensure alignment with and enforce VB policies, as needed.
- Ensure all employees in Developmental Programs remain in compliance with applicable certifications
- Attend meetings and trainings as assigned with the DPO, VBC or VBF Supervisor, and Clinical Supervisor(s)
- Accurately document billed services, including keeping records of session dates and times, description of services provided, and additional documentation as assigned
- Comply with Company and BACB guidelines at all times
- Other duties, as assigned
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year supervising large teams
- Demonstrated knowledge/use of Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Experience managing and adhering to budgets
- BLS/CPR certification, including pediatric BLS/CPR
- Experience in the implementation of ABA therapy programs for children with ASD
- Experience with Google Sheets
