Under the direct supervision of the JHOC Pharmacy Business Manager, the Pharmacy Coordinator/JHI acts as a primary point of contact for clients, interdisciplinary caregivers, and international patients. This role serves as a liaison to the outpatient pharmacy, collaborating closely with the JHI Relationship Manager, Pharmacy Team Lead for JHI Business, Care Management, medical staff, and discharge coordinators to address pharmacy-related inquiries and services. Additionally, the Pharmacy Coordinator provides backup support to the JHI Relationship Manager and Pharmacy Team Lead, along with performing other pharmacy technician duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy is required upon hire
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Certified
- Two (2) years retail pharmacy technician experience
- At least 1 year customer service experience in a healthcare setting
Salary Range: Minimum 19.93 per hour - Maximum 32.91 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
