Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Professional Coding Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in professional coding and a passion for educating. This role involves developing and delivering comprehensive educational programs to train coders and professionals in the intricacies of coding, ensuring they are proficient in the latest industry standards.
Hours:
Full time (40 hours)
Day Shift, Weekdays
Location: Hybrid - Onsite a minimum of once per week

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 6 years related experience in Health Information Management, Medical Coding Auditing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Current certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, COC) required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical coding auditing strongly preferred.
- Previous teaching, auditing, or training experience highly preferred.
