Position Summary:
The Department of Pharmacy seeks a Program Coordinator responsible for providing administrative support and continuous coordination and management of professional development and professional practice programs for the department. The Program Coordinator will also work closely with the Office Manager and Executive Leadership Team to support the daily administrative responsibilities and needs across various divisions, including payroll, HR/Talent Acquisition, Education and Training, and Information Systems.
Shift: This hybrid position is 60% onsite and 40% remote. Hours – 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Required Work Experience:
- At least 2 years of related experience in health care administration, office management, or public relations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with diverse groups of people, exchange information, and produce written correspondence.
- Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations, handle multiple demands, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing conditions.
- Advanced MS Office computer skills.
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience over and above the work experience requirement may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree on a 2:1 basis (8 years).

Salary Range: Minimum $ 21.67 per hour - Maximum $35.78 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
