Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Oversee the full lifecycle of reconstruction projects, ensuring high-quality execution and profitability.
- Contract & Permit Management : Negotiate contracts, manage permitting processes, and ensure compliance.
- Budget Oversight : Develop, manage, and adjust project budgets to maintain efficiency and profitability.
- Client Relations : Provide updates, maintain strong relationships, and manage project documentation.
- Site Oversight : Ensure quality control and safety compliance on all projects.
- Team Coordination : Work closely with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
What We're Looking For :
Experience : Minimum of 5 years in construction with project management experience .
