As the Data & Operations Supervisor, you will focus on managing data systems, reporting, and process improvements to support patient access programs like MyCARVYKTI.
Your role will include overseeing reporting and analytics, driving efficiency initiatives, and ensuring compliance to enhance operational program outcomes. You will be responsible for :
- Data Reporting : Support QBR (Quarterly Business Review) development, monthly dashboard reporting, and automation efforts while maintaining dashboards to monitor call center and program performance.
Lead the collection and review of customer insights to inform leadership, strategic decisions and program enhancements.
Manage quarterly territory presentations and assist call center leadership with capacity modeling to optimize program delivery and resource utilization
Lead initiatives to enhance program efficiency by supporting call monitoring, auditing, and operational projects.
