The role is to be located in the United States (preferred location Titusville NJ) or in EMEA (preferred location Beerse BE).

Learn more at https : / / www.jnj.com / . Innovative Medicines Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
The program will simplify the Innovative Medicines ERP landscape from 7 platforms to 1, standardizing processes to drive a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Innovative Medicines business with agility.
Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. This role will shape and deliver the Innovative Medicines global template for the ERP Global Trade Compliance processes and enable new capabilities for emerging supply chain needs within IM E2E Supply Chain (R&D, Clinical and Commercial) The position leads design and delivery of SAP S / 4HANA and GTS4HANA capabilities in the Global Trade space and governs the J&J IM template while driving the capabilities' evolution through the deployments within the ERP Logistics domain and must connect across functional domains to enable an End-to-End integrated solution. The Technical Product Manager ERP Logistics Global Trade will be an active member of the IM Supply Chain JJT team, driving global standardization within Innovative Medicines ERP technology solutions and taking ownership of the corresponding ERP solutions :
- Product Trade Classification
- Global Trade Compliance (License Management, Embargo, SPL Screening)
- Trade Preferences / Free Trade Agreements. This role must work on close collaboration with parallel programs currently on going within J&J. The Technical Product Manager ERP Logistics Global Trade will be an active member of the ERP Logistics JJT team and will lead JNJ internal team and consultants within this scope while partnering with other J&J Technology functions to drive global standardization within Innovative Medicines ERP technology solutions.
The role will fundamentally lead all aspects of platform governance, continuous improvement & efficiencies across its scope, enabling strategic capabilities and innovation, human centered design, and platform integration across our digital ecosystem.
The role will partner with the Innovative Medicines Transcend business process owners, Transcend Technical Product Managers and Owners, ecosystem owners and various vendor partners to ensure end to end capabilities are supported and evolved.
The role will operate closely with the Innovative Medicines Transcend deployment organization to grow and evolve the capabilities as business and regional deployments are implemented. Key Responsibilities : Roadmap & Backlog

The anticipated base pay range for those in the United States is $120,000 to $207,000 USD. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar / performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
