The ideal candidate for the Logistics Coordinator will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery and pickup of goods and services by overseeing and coordinating daily logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating the shipment of products, including arranging transportation and ensuring timely deliveries
- Working with shipping, and receiving partners to schedule pick-ups, and deliveries
- Processing and tracking orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Resolving shipping issues and addressing customer, and vendor inquiries
- Communicating with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and transportation providers
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identifying and resolving shipping issues
- Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Developing and implementing solutions to address challenges
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management with a minimum of 1 year experience
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of logistics processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay and Benefits:
- $20/hour
