Note: This is an in person role. We work best collaboratively when we are together servicing our clients.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
· Lead a team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
· Create and launch integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and websites.
· Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
· Oversee social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tactics.
· Develop standardized reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics that provide business insights. Construct data sets to analyze, inform, identify trends, and aid business decision-making.
Minimum Requirements:
· 4 year undergraduate degree
· High level of communication and follow-through skills
· 3 – 5 years experience working with Marketing Analytics
· Strong organizational skills
· Solid leadership skills developed by previously leading teams
· Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth
· Experience with Excel, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms
· Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
· Experience in the Financial Services area is a plus
