This Senior Client Service Specialist position requires a team player who is flexible, enthusiastic, and possesses an energetic personality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a senior member on our Client Service team, staying up to date with processes, company guidelines, and current information that affects the Client Service role.
- Build relationships with prospects and clients and help prepare the Financial Advisor for Client appointments.
- Perform daily, weekly, and/or monthly tasks, including receiving incoming client service calls, providing support and assistance, completing service requests, and coordinating client transfers.
- Develop and maintain strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge of MS Office Suite.
