Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Director of Athletics, the Assistant to the Athletic Director will support the Director of Athletics and the Athletic Department with a wide variety of day-to-day duties in a high energy environment such as maintaining records, preparing reports, processing purchase orders and other budgetary responsibilities, take meeting notes, make travel arrangements, order supplies, and special projects. This position will also maintain a good working relationship with the University Community. Reports to the Director of Athletics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience taking detailed notes and extracting action items; ability to understand priorities and adjust schedules accordingly
- Exemplary interpersonal skills including a professional in-person and virtual presence
