Under supervision of the Operations Superintendent, perform maintenance, construction, and custodial work of Conservation Board areas including grounds, buildings, and equipment.

Other duties may be required and assigned.Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and polish floors in hallways, lobbies, offices, and other venuesWash sinks, mirrors, shelves, windows, walls, and blindsClean and sanitize restrooms and replace consumable products in restroomsEmpty wastebaskets and proper disposal of trash and recyclable materialsMow grounds according to schedule. Trim, plant and remove trees and shrubs; apply pesticides.Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs for equipment.Perform general maintenance and repair of buildings as required.Notify supervisor of inventory and maintenance needsPerform routine grounds work, including trash pickup, snow removal, etc. Maintain and clean public use buildings. Wash walls, clean toilets, perform floor care including cleaning and polishing floors.Fix minor plumbing and electrical problems including replacing lights and outlets.Recondition park facilities as necessary.Paint and stain buildings and other itemsServe as crew leader as necessary.Attend trainings and work related meetings.
