We are seeking an experienced Dental Clinic Operations Manager to join our team at Johnson Endo. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of our dental office teams, including both front office and assistant teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Feedback and Resolution: Respond promptly to patient feedback, addressing complaints or grievances in a timely manner.
- Bottleneck Assessment and Improvement: Identify current bottlenecks in the patient journey and develop actionable improvement plans with process completion.
- Claims Processing and EFT Management: Oversee the processing of dental claims and manage Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments.
- Dental Care Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and implement dental care for patients based on individual requirements.
- Treatment and Payment Plans: Explain treatment plans and payment plans to patients.
- Team Supervision and Development: Lead a team of non-clinical (front desk) and clinical (assistants) teammates through hiring, training, mentoring, and providing accountability for performance concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Healthcare operations experience and supervisory experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and knowledge of dental practice and procedures.
