Dental Operations Manager

About the Role:

The Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring patient satisfaction and the overall success of the dental practice. By leading the team, the Operations Manager is responsible for driving patient care, profitability, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Advocate for high-quality care for all patients through thoughtful consultations.

• Assess, plan, and deliver training to employees to support high performance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for practice owners and dentists, ensuring standards of care are consistently met.
• Oversee profit and loss performance within the practice, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Promote a workplace culture that supports engagement and teamwork.
• Review monthly business results, align the sales plan to achieve goals, and develop strategies to increase profitability.
• Identify, hire, train, develop, and retain staff, ensuring staffing levels meet business needs.
• Uphold compliance with government and dental board regulations and standards.
• Manage the delivery of dentures from the initial consultation to the final fitting.
• Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and balance nightly deposits.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

· Must be 18 years or older.

• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend frequently.
