Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services based on customer input and vehicle diagnostics.

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
- Promote additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure all service documentation is complete and accurate.
Skills
- Strong background in automotive sales and service management.
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics, including tire service, brake repair, and general vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with auto estimating processes and automotive repair procedures.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle issues and communicate effectively with technicians.
