Job Summary
Busy Automotive Dealership is searching for a Service Advisor/Writer to join out team! This candidate must be committed to providing outstanding customer service at all times, able to work in a fast paced environment, and able to multitask. Must be able to pass driving/drug/background checks. This is a full time position with Rotating Saturdays.
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties include but not limited to: Initiating automotive services and repairs by acting as a liaison between customers and service technicians; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer rapport and records.
Qualifications and Skills
Must have previous high level customer service experience. Prior service experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
