Description : Position Overview :
Under the direction of the Sr Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for inventory process and accuracy. Also assisting in order processing, product movement, warehouse, production, and delivery to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
Responsibilities :
- Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Keep accurate inventory records of transactions and communications as needed
- Generate, verify, and reconcile inventory counts
- Active in purchase order management and returns processing
- Creates inventory / transit / performance reports for management review
- Weekly Invoice Analysis, approval, and proper coding.
- Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules
- Track and manage incoming freight and logistics issues
- Evaluate vendor operations (e.g. freight forwarders) according to quality standards
- Analyze data given, track KPIs and summarize results
- Communicate with other departments within the business unit.
- Responsible for performing daily inventory transactions and data entry
