Position Overview :
Under the direction of the VP East & Strategic Accts, the Strategic Accounts Manager is someone who performs a variety of sales related duties targeted at designated Strategic Accounts and provides sales support in accordance with company policies and procedures. This is a not a supervisory position
Responsibilities : Sales Related :
- Be the main contact for and manage relationships with designated Strategic Accounts national offices. These will primarily be within the large club chain account segments.
- Strategic planning for growth of Matrix brand in other potential Strategic Accounts.
- Coordinate implementation of strategies and / or tactical execution with key stakeholders including VP of Strategic Accounts and Executive VP of Sales.
- Monitor the new opportunities volume each month and total pipeline of all designated accounts opportunities
- Provide Product Management with product, market and customer feedback / information
- Regularly provide management with accurate reports
- Travel to various customer meetings and product installations as required
- Provide post product installation support
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
- Follow all related procedures & policies
- Attend periodic industry trade shows which usually require travel
