Strategic Supply Chain Planning
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.

Strategic Supply Chain Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Forecast demand, analyze market trends, and develop supply chain plans to meet production and customer needs.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions.
- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and components.
- Ensure that material procurement and delivery is effective to ensure the material supply meets the production requirements while maintaining minimum on-hand safety-stock levels.
- Collaborate with the production team to maintain inventory availability that aligns with the production schedule.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
- Develop and implement supplier evaluation and selection criteria.
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Monitor inventory levels, track material flow, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes.
- Oversee cycle counting program and annual inventory audits.
- Oversee and track inbound shipments of production material and communicate disruptions that may impact the production schedule.
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure efficient storage of materials and products.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
- Establish clear performance goals and expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Documentation and improvement of critical SOP’s and work procedures.
- Analyze supply chain data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends and patterns and develop recommendations for process improvements.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage and analyze supply chain data.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure optimization of ERP/MRP system tools.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience
- 3- 5 years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Experiencing with ERP/MRP systems is required.
- Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Workwise, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
