Role Summary
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing our wholesale accounts and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of the marine industry and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key wholesale accounts, building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying new sales opportunities and expanding existing ones.
- Provide technical support to recreational and commercial accounts, focusing on products from major manufacturers such as Furuno, FLIR, Raymarine, and Garmin.
- Work with wholesale installers to answer installation-level questions and provide guidance on integrating our products with other systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the marine industry, with a focus on sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and PC-based ERP software.
