Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopedics is searching for a Compensation and Execution Analyst, Business Unit to be located in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA.
The Analyst provides comprehensive business support, including developing detailed data analysis and project management, to assist business unit leaders in making informed decisions and manage incentive compensation programs.
Responsibilities
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. The Analyst provides comprehensive business support, including developing detailed data analysis and project management, to assist business unit leaders in making informed decisions and manage incentive compensation programs.
Responsibilities
- Supports Business Unit (BU) Manager in development and refinement of information required to provide relevant insights and assessment of Incentive Compensation (IC) program effectiveness.
- Supports key cycle planning processes with various partners and team members, to include business planning/goal setting, quota management, plan design and modeling for representatives, sales consultants and managers and more.
- Assists Manager in complex incentive compensation projects.
- Supports development and distribution of compensation-related communications.
- Supports business-focused initiatives, projects and operations.
- Supports research and preparation of governance information.
- Supports evaluation of incentive programs through sophisticated modeling and analysis techniques.
- Partners closely with compensation system team and administration analyst teams to ensure accurate system programming and delivery of compensation for assigned business units.
- Supports benchmarking of program competitiveness.
- May have cross-function (JJMD C&E) project ownership beyond assigned BU.
- And other tasks and duties, as assigned.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
- Advanced coursework, experience and/or training in advanced statistical/financial modeling is desired.
- A minimum of 2 years of incentive program work or similar work requiring financial, reporting and statistical acuity is required.
- Experience in data visualization and modeling is highly preferred.
- Compensation experience is helpful.
- Advanced-level skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI is desirable.
- Strong communications, analytics and presentation skills are required.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and collaborate with teams is required.
- This position will be located in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA and may require up to 10% domestic travel.
