We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced EH&S professional to lead our EH&S organization at the New Drug Substance plant. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial hygiene, safety, and construction safety, with experience in delivering both classroom and virtual training sessions. They will be responsible for developing and implementing EH&S strategies, policies, and procedures based on global and local needs, leading a team of EH&S professionals to meet the company's EH&S goals, and building effective collaboration with internal customers and influence leadership for alignment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of EH&S experience, with project management experience and familiarity with federal and state EH&S regulations. A Master of Science degree in an EH&S related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) are also desirable.
