The Group Product Director, Schizophrenia Market Access will lead a highly capable market access team composed of dedicated and passionate individuals. This position will be responsible for leading a team that is focused on market access pull-through and engaging critical Pharmacies focused on mental health. The individual in this position will have responsibility for shaping the Schizophrenia market access approach to key customers and accounts and removing market access barriers for patients. In this role the individual will need to effectively: lead, guide, coach, and counsel a team of experienced marketing and account management professionals; must develop, retain, and motivate direct reports in a fast-paced environment; partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to execute an aligned and cohesive brand strategy.
The GPD will ensure compliant execution and delivery of forecast goals and business objectives for the NS franchise. The role will require close collaboration with partners in Strategic Customer Group, Advocacy, Medical, Clinical, Global Marketing, Finance, R&D, Quality, Sales leadership, and cross-franchise marketing to develop plans and tactics for the U.S. business. The individual will also need to partner with market research to establish key insights for brand and market.
This individual will report directly into the Director of Marketing for Schizophrenia.

Qualifications
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other related advanced degree strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of business, marketing and/or market access/payer/institutional experience in pharma/biopharma industry is required of which a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated U.S market access marketing with proven performance is required.
- Experience in Managed Care Marketing is preferred
- Demonstrated success in people management experience and/or cross functional team management is required
- Neuroscience/Mental Health experience is preferred
- Candidate must have a demonstrated track record of business results, a sense of urgency and big picture orientation with attention to detail.
- Strong cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, proactivity, and communication skills required. Ability to influence large/diverse teams without direct authority is required.
- Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business acumen
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and influence skills
- Experience engaging Senior Management preferred
- Builds effective cross functional teams that work well across functions and groups
- This position will be based in Titusville, NJ and will require up to 25% domestic travel.
