Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Consumer strategies and marketing mix to drive patient awareness and ask for SPRAVATO.
- Lead DTC campaign strategy, development, and implementation and DTC media planning and investment decisions based on strategic imperatives and in-market performance.
- Lead and elevate the SPRAVATO digital ecosystem, including the Consumer website, to ensure the best end-user experience to drive patient activation.
- Lead the expansion of culturally inclusive consumer targeting and marketing tactics to address specific under-served populations.
- Empower the Consumer team members to develop and deploy Speaker Bureau assets to customize Prof Ed content to address the educational needs in the marketplace.
- Establish clear Consumer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all aligned strategies and tactics to ensure year-over-year performance growth.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Postgraduate qualification, PhD, PharmD, MBA, or other graduate degree is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience. Pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge are strongly preferred.
- Prior Consumer/Patient Marketing Experience is required.
- At least 5 years demonstrated Marketing experience is strongly preferred.
- Healthcare experience is preferred and prior experience with account management, site of care, market access, or channel marketing is preferred.
Working Conditions
This position is in Titusville, NJ with mandatory requirement of three days a week in the office and requires up to 25% travel.
