Description :
Responsible for the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and security of databases within Johnson & Johnson. The ideal candidate possesses strong SQL skills with the ability to create, maintain, and report online. Candidate has strong web reporting and business intelligence skills. Assists with encoding, testing, debugging, and programs / program modules.
Job Responsibilities :
- Designs and writes basic computer programs
- Writing and maintaining production reports
- Analyzes problems, determines cause and initiates corrective action.
- Stays current with technology through seminars, educational opportunities, trade magazines etc.
- Maintain a working knowledge of currently used software as well as continue learning new applications
- Demonstrates knowledge of and supports company wide, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior.
