Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a QC Intern located in Raritan, NJ.

The QC Intern Will Get Experience With

• Sample Management: Aids laboratory staff with the receipt and management of samples and supplies, including reagents.
• Quality Testing: Performs testing on finished goods while under general supervision.
• Quality Analysis: Develops knowledge of QC standards to review quality analysis results and report any issues.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Supports these initiatives under supervision, contributing to lab efficiency and effectiveness.
• Company Values: Understands and incorporates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into daily team interactions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an accredited College/University pursuing a Bachelor's degree majoring in microbiology/biology or adjacent fields
• GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Focus on teamwork and communication is vital, ensuring that interactions align with the company's ethical standards and leadership principles.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to QC standards demonstrates potential for growth within the company.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$22 per hour to $51.50 per hour

Additional Description For Pay Transparency

The anticipated base pay for this position is between $22 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify. This position is ineligible for severance.
